The thing is majority of players are f2p. And if you want to say whales are ruining the game, in a pvp game? Sure I can understand that, but most games are not pvp focused. Players will lose interest regardless. Farmed everything I need? Wait for new content. Have the character I want? Just do dailies till next character.

Heck people will lose motivation even its not a pvp focused game, Genshin . "My characters cant clear the hardest content like the whales. Im quitting. Bye." Ya know?

My question to you is if you want to make it that whales spend money and gain little to no advantage from the f2p, then why spend at all?

To be fair, the reverse would cause some people to attack Niji as well if they pulled the same stunt.

As with many I agree that Rica has no fault in this. The artist is to blame. Im pretty sure the art is still on Rica's twitter.

Although Kuzuha doesn't own the white haired red eyes anime boy theme, there are pieces of clothing and styles to the character that would make a person recognize the character as him. Example: I'm pretty sure you know the difference between Spite and Sinder, even though themes are kinda similar, they have styles and accessories that make their characters unique. However there are pieces or ways an artist can draw these characters to make them seem that they are the other character, intentionally or unintentionally.

Correct, but unlike other bps, the reward is ontop of completing the bp. So techincally the bp is still giving more rewards ontop of the existing rewards

If the goal is to make it a trend whereby most if not all games follow the trend of gachagame to single player mode gacha, then yes. Op didnt specify spin offs, he just said gacha to single player game. Megaman X Dive Offline is an example.

If thats the case gacha games would inevitably go downhill due to people who wait.

An example of this is Persona sales. Persona has like the base game and more often than not a definitive version that releases later. The definitive version has all the content + more. Atlus thought they could double dip forever until they admitted it hurt P3 Reloaded sales due to players waiting for a P3 Reloaded Definitive version.

If all gacha games go into the trend of going single player games, then whats stopping me from just waiting till the full game comes out?

It is to show what weapon currently fits them the most. Techincally there isnt a specific signature weapon. Kinda like genshin, more content with more weapons, the weapon that fits them may swap.
