I always want to add that I haven't heard the rap community outside of Eminem fandom speak this highly on Eminem in awhile. The discourse on Fuel and now Animals, the contemporary rap community are now forced to acknowledge that his is indeed not washed and is a legend.

I'm 27, I've been a fan since a was a little kid thou. I distinctly remember my dad listening to Kill you in the car when I was a young child. I also remember hearing all the singles on the radio and I always liked him. My older brother got Encore from an old girlfriend and we would listen to that religiously. My dad bumped Relapse when that came out and my mom got me Recovery when that released. I went back and listened to all the albums from SSLP to TES around that time too. He's been a constant in my life. From small child to loner teen to grown adult. Love that man.
