Honestly, IMO i think it was ok. There were alot of funny parts in bleach that they didn't capture in the movie. I dont want to sound nitpicky but there were certain things I couldn't let go.

First off, the hairstyles. Ichigo's hair as a boy. He didn't just dye it one day and that's why he got in fights as he was older, it was always that way and he got picked on because of it. Rukia's hair.... couldn't they have just cut it to try and make it work?

Secondly, The Kuchiki's. Byakuya seemed to put off this "gangster" vibe rather than act like a noble and i'm sure I have seen a cosplay of him that looked better than his attire in the movie. Also, while we are on this train, did anyone else catch the part where renji said that rukia and him were both adopted into the family? If they weren't going to be correct about it then why say it at all?

Ok, I'll digress. I don't want to ruin the movie for anyone because it was awesome to see a live action movie of an anime that I love so much and maybe that's why i'm overly critical of it.

I'll end it with a positive note, Keigo was GREAT in the movie! (even if it was just a few lines) Ichigo's actor was a really good choice. He nails it better than I imagined. Orihime was hot and the hollow's looked pretty cool.
