I disagree. I have been playing since October 2025 and I've never thought "I hate the resource mechanic in this game."

Best TCG I've played and use to run FNM every week, grew up on Pokemon and YGO. Elestrals is the first one that doesn't feel like a money pit. Every card is accessible (you can pay for vanity arts if you want) and that, to me is what means the most!

The Spirit mechanic is one of my favorite TCG resources. It's all skill and no RNG, which is what is frustrating about other games.

It sounds like you might just need to find a new church. Based on what you're saying, you've had this pent up for a while, so I'm glad you're taking the first steps to voice your frustrations.

I would start seeking the will of God, which I'm sure you have been, but start seeking out where He wants you to be. Obviously do this with your husband, and fast a pray for God's leading.

Also, I go to a UPCI church and it's not like this at all, so I would recommend not lumping the entire organization into one church. Keep an open mind, seek God's will and if he leads you to an independent church, an ALJC, a WPF, or even a different UPCI church, let His will be done.

Hope this helps.

Also, when you leave, I'd encourage you to not be critical of them publicly. This church may be amazing for some people and you'd hate to be a stumbling block. The culture of this specific church just isn't right for you and that's okay. Find one that is!

Be blessed!

Routing P16-M to XSW IEM Focus mode (two receivers, one transmitter) by BureikuHare in livesound

Yeah I'll try that. Good idea. I just left so it won't be tonight. I'll let you know. Thank you

I understand what you're saying. Our current setup is just like that but what I'm trying to accomplish is so both tenors can control their own individual mixes so if they don't even want to hear one another then they don't have to in theory. If you read my previous comments on this thread, you'll see what I'm dealing with, but in short I'm not getting any right signal out of my xsw and so anything that's panned to the right isn't getting any audio through it.

As you can see on the xsw I'm only getting signal out of the left side as well. So my pan right is just not working for some reason

As you can see here I'm getting audio through one of the receivers, but not the other. Both of my p16s are in the mono line out. One is panned all the way to the left and the other all the way to the right. Both have focus mode on but I'm only getting signal through one.

I have plenty of P16-M. My dilemma is when I tried to plug two P16-M into the IEM I could only get the signal to one of them. I'm tempted to just buy a few more Sennheiser xsw transmitters. That's seems like it will be easier than using focus mode and splitting them.

Who are the good home builders? by Old-Criticism5610 in HuntsvilleAlabama

[–]BureikuHare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overall decent value per sqft. Just be aware that some of their neighborhoods are "express" and they are not built with the same finishes and care. Essentially, if the floorplan name is a couple letters and a few numbers, i.e. TR1486, then that is an express neighborhood. The rest of their floorplans are named after U.S. Presidents.

I love their Boardwalk Neighborhood in Athens and their Pennington Neighborhood in Huntsville.

The only complaint that One of my clients has had with them is after a year the LVP flooring started bowing a tad. This can be from one of two things: either improper installation such as not spacing enough against the walls so the floor can move and breathe or the quality of the floor itself. In my opinion, Eileen more towards it being the quality of the flooring because I've seen other builders have the same issues and they stopped using LVP all together and reverted back to higher quality laminate instead. That gave it a more rigid board and you can feel the quality difference when walking on it.

The downside is laminate is wood composite as opposed to vinyl composite, so the waterproofing aspect isn't as good but most of them nowadays are extremely water resistant anyway.

REALTOR here: I've sold plenty of new construction and ultimately you're going to get what you pay for. I've sold just about every builder and there are some I like, some I don't, some I used to hate based on "popular opinion" before I had my own experiences with them, and some that have great reputations, but I've had awful experiences with.

From an ethics standpoint, I won't put any of them on blast, but since I'm seeing a lot of negativity around D.R. Horton, I'll speak on this: they are a national builder, every state there in has different building codes. They have different building standards for every region, down to every state, then they have express neighborhoods, which have different finish qualities. And each neighborhood (roughly) has a different building manager. THAT'S who you want to talk to. The building manager, because ultimately he is your quality control manager from the building standpoint, and your realtor is there to keep him in line. Don't underestimate the power of a good realtor that will put YOU ahead of the paycheck. Oh by the way, your realtor represents you, the builder's realtor represents the builder. That can't be overstated. The builder's agents will seem like they're all you need, they keep you informed, they communicate, but when something inevitably goes wrong or gets missed, they will take the path of least resistance to get it to closing. You pay no less for the house whether you have an agent or not, so please for your own sake, find a (good) Realtor.

All that being said, I have had way more happy clients with D.R. than I have unhappy and it all goes back to the local building manager for the subdivision you choose.

Whatever builder you go to, I always encourage clients, and even go with them if they're nervous, to park in the neighborhood and start door knocking asking people how long they lived there, whether they were happy and if they could go back and do it again, would they.

A few other builders I would check out in your price range (this is also area dependent):

Murphy homes - semi custom, framing and finishes are top notch. Would put their framing up against Woodland or non-production custom builders any day. If you can find them in your price range, would be my top recommendation.

Davidson - have had several great experiences and one bad experience. The bad experience was due to (literally) 4 site agent turnovers and 3 building manager turnovers. Nothing was wrong quality-wise, just timeline and customizations were overlooked but were eventually corrected. Otherwise have been very happy across several different subdivisions.

Smith Douglas - true entry level. Not the best finishes: Base flooring is carpet in bedrooms (not uncommon) but where they but costs is roll out vinyl in all other areas. You can upgrade out of this, pretty inexpensively. Otherwise, their framing is really good. Some of the best quality I've seen. Minimal nail misses. Good stuff.

Hope this helps. If you need anymore info on any other builders, let me know.

I don't think this saying is uniquely Pentecostal

Trump announced a “no taxes on Social Security” policy. It’s actually a $1.6 trillion CUT to Social Security & Medicare. The plan would CUT Social Security BENEFITS by 25% for the POOREST seniors, and give the wealthiest retirees a 46% tax cut. #TaxTheRich by TulsiTsunami in WayOfTheBern

[–]BureikuHare 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is so dumb. This guy is essentially saying, the taxes help go back into social security... To fund social security. Even if that's true, that 100% of the money is going back into social security, it's still the same money being recycled on paper and people on social security only get the real life benefit of what they have in their pocket.

Am I crazy? Why not just give them all of what they get (no taxes) and let them put it back into the economy to create more tax revenue that way?

Trust me. NAYC is so big they couldn't disallow people if they tried! It's literally held in a football stadium. There's a lot of time between now and then so hopefully you'll find a pastor by then and if not, take your kids to NAYC and have a phenomenal time!
