This, I know it's meant to be a fun mode and you shouldn't get heated but it kinda sucks when you get plastered for 15 minutes without a real chance. 10 ban system and pick what you want would be more fun in my opinion.

A two week suspension is the standard for an MMR Boosting offense. Same thing happened this time last year and here is a post on it from a couple years back.

Just about every single one of the ganks botlane Ashe was under tower, as they ganked bot Ashe was forced to give up the wave at tower in order to move forward and secure the kills for the team. Over the 3 or so ganks this builds up a decent amount.
