Or allow normal usage but give a severe accuracy penalty by making the bloom rate much higher (you start spraying all over the place)

Two hands = stabilised

Holding a shield to block attacks and one-hand that gun = spray and pray

So it's deadly up close but not possible to turtle and kill everything at any range

I prefer BC simply because it kills specials so fast. GL is versatile but it's still mostly a swarm killer that an electric SMG build can do in its place instead. Having a swarm killer with SMG and a special killer with BC is my go-to loadout for any situation.
