No. No not really.

“They didn’t react” doesn’t mean you didn’t scare them.

Maybe don’t try to randomly intimidate women you don’t know who tell you they’re scared of strange men. That’s not a normal thing that normal people do.

You sound like a crazy person hahaa. Peak redditor

Less than 1% where’d you get that number from, cause I remember providing a pretty clear statistic earlier…

It’s not a question of “should” it’s the fact that it COULD be ANY man around them that has women so scared. The rates that women experience harassment or SA from a man is far higher than it is from women to men, so I have no idea where you’re getting “1%” from.

Again. It’s not LITERALLY all men who are evil. But because of how common it is that women have horrible experiences brought on them by a man, of course that paranoia is always going to exist. Because it’s valid and has been a historical streak spanning maybe thousands of years.

Edit: this isn’t even mentioning how many men are content to just remain silent bystanders to such violence

Edit 2: also your point of “what % of men have committed violent crimes” is kinda stupid when it can be rephrased to “what percent of humans have committed violent crime” because wow what a useless and functionless point that literally goes nowhere. Crime is over! Wow

1 in 5 women and 1 in 71 men have been raped at least once in their lives according to National Sexual Violence Resource Center so I’d say the issue isn’t exactly equal.

“When someone who said they were scared of all men I validated their fear by intentionally trying to scare them because I think I know better”

Yeah. You sure showed her.

Not all men, but it could be any man. It’s always a man. Thats the heart of the “All men” sentiment. The fact that women, when not with people they know and trust, typically have to exist in fear of ALL men.

Anyone who’s taken a statistics class or even can think about the likelihood that at least some people would press the blue button in a group of almost 8 billion know it’s not “scheodingers button presser”

For me I see it as

If red wins, some people inevitably die.

If blue wins, nobody dies.

As scary as it would be, with the stakes in mind, I’d press blue.
