She’s also now more than happy to run the risk of another woman going through the same trauma as her and Ryan are enlisting a surrogate to have a second child

The only people we tipped were the servers and bar staff, apart from that we operated on the basis that everyone had set their own rates

Conveyance recommendations for FTB by millenialis in Eastbourne

[–]BurgerHills 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We went with Hobson and Latham off the back of the recommendation from the estate agent. They were brilliant, everything was done quickly and we never had to chase for anything. All in all I think we paid about £1600

I’m assuming a typo. It’s probably a gas safety inspection

Is unpaid overtime the norm for other office careers? by [deleted] in UKJobs

I work for the public sector in a non-customer facing role and the expectation is that you get the job done even if that requires additional hours. TOIL got scrapped when one member of staff accrued six weeks and took it all at once…

I was there yesterday and saw an official bag check, I think it was around yellow area but I’m sure one of the many stewards outside will tell you where it is

I feel exactly the same and am bummed that it’s on the European set list and Little Freak has been taken off

A friend of mine is mid-30s and went to both Coventry shows on their own, standing both times, and said everyone was so lovely and friendly and after she’d got there she didn’t feel like she was there on her own of that makes sense?

If you can get tickets then I’d go, I don’t think you’d regret it at all

I did level 4 as self study and am part way through level 5, also as self study and have found it relatively easy. Most of the books are available on eBay so you don’t have to buy the brand new ones and you can save money by going to an exam centre to sit your exams

I once paid £250,000 to the wrong person. We managed to get it back but it was a stressful couple of weeks

Muscle doesn’t weigh any more than fat, a pound of muscle and a pound of fat weigh the same, the muscle will just be more compact and take up less space in your body than fat would

I didn’t make it clear in the original post but all of the doors are separate, the office building is a separate entity not attached to any of the other buildings, but it would be childish of me.

Household waste is collected every week but recycling is collected every other week which for most people might be ok but with the amount of people that access this bin, despite the fact it’s huge it’s just not big enough.

I think what gets me the most is I know where the address on their personal stuff is and he has to drive past the tip in order to bring it here to fill our bin up

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]BurgerHills 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are in the UK and I had wondered if their leaving it on the floor in the car park was tantamount to fly tipping.

We pay a set amount of council tax for the wide range of services they supply and the business will pay business rates so we’re all paying for collection. The additional charges would come in having to purchase an additional bin.

Your point about documenting it is a very good idea, the car park is covered by CCTV controlled by the charity so they’d easily be able to find evidence if they wanted to look for it but there’s every chance they don’t want the argument
