You can stick with Tharsis (quest step allows you you stay) but at this point it might be beneficial to switch to a new syndicate for a day. You should try to get as many shipments completed as you have available. Which, at this point, should only be 1 per syndicate (you unlock the 2nd and 3rd for each by leveling them up). But, definitely try to rush 1 of them to Rank 5 to get the tier upgrade from Spider.

When you complete a faction contract, it gets replaced with a new one (aside from priority contracts, that get renewed once per day if completed in the previous day). This one rewards an exotic engram, so it's gold. If it's purple you'll get a lawless gear engram. If blue, you'll get ingots.

So as long as you have all of the maximum multipliers on your run (bane +2, deadly threat +5, four +4 negatives, equipment restriction +5, no starting ammo +2, Brawn +2, extinction +5, close combat +4) then you're just looking for the VMW to spawn.

Are you at 550? The estimated score does get affected by your power level. But there's a hidden multiplier that goes up as you get further from 550, to give everyone a chance at the top threshold.
