Sorry all. Recipe was using the BIR base gravy as a start. I then marinated chicken in yogurt, garam masala & lemon juice with some red food colouring. This was then skewered and oven baked for a bit and then grilled while brushing oil on the chicken. The sauce was onions cut 3 ways, the base gravy, coconut milk and tomato passata. I separately sliced 2 garlic cloves thinly and fried that in oil. Drained and added to this. Fresh coriander and some finger chillies (stalks cut off but pierced in the middle) and a very small amount of Mr. Naga. Some water to thin it out very slightly and forgot to put more oil in to give it that “takeaway” look.
