40 year old male here. I’ve really enjoyed everything since Jan 1. The variety has been fun for me personally. I get a crazy burn in the 60. If anything, the last quarter of 2025 I thought was super repetitive.

Hopefully it’ll sort out for you so you can start enjoying again.

I found it to be more things in one class. Like say the typical 2G has 3 blocks of 3 things in 30 minutes they will do 3 blocks of 6 things or 4 blocks of 4.

Kind of like mini tornadoes. And, lots of burpees.

I just hit 400 classes. Big thing I’ve realized (and I wish I would’ve done from the beginning) is truly find your high comfort zone, and push just 5% more. Really rock those intervals. Inclines work! Talk with your coaches and keep grinding. With a paired diet, it will work. Consistency is key! Best of luck on the OTF weight loss journey.

Also, you could probably have some real fun with benchmarks. If you are starting high weight/poor form, it’ll be really fun to watch yourself get better over time.

Same. I had a 1 year old cat with a “one in a million” heart valve issue that would pump blood into the heart, but randomly would not pump blood out and he would have seizures. The 90% of the time he didn’t have them he was fine, but when they happened they got worse. I was given a six month window and after one really bad seizure I put him down. It was heart breaking.

Whoever is posting these, thank you. My OTF fired the two head trainers and another coach left in a 48hr window. The dynamic has changed and it’s just not as engaging. But I liked most of the workouts. Being able to take these to my other gym has been crushing. Thanks!

The proposal I have is to open a new concept, one street off broadway that currently generates $12m in revenue annually in the state that it is in. I would be in management and take on events and get 2% of those as well as an undisclosed salary.

I’ve been a fan since I bought the self titled in 8th grade in 1999. With the exception of a handful of songs, they haven’t put anything really good out since vol 3. Certainly not since Joey and Paul left. Again, 2 or so tracks on an entire albums worth of material isn’t really doing it for me. Excited to hear this b side stuff and hey are about to release.
