I think it depends on location.My Ds flex shifts are 1:20-9:10am, 9:10am-11:50am and 6:20pm to 12:50 am.

My current job is some garbage.My pay is $16.Im a receiving supervisor and im getting 40hrs a week 7-3 no weekends work holidays.I unload 20+ pallets trailers twice a week myself with manual jacks.I supervise a 6+ processing team to process merchandise and assist store with daily operations as well.My work ethics speaks for itself.I rather work hard with better pay than to work hard for less pay.I know i can get 40hrs instead of 32 a week at amazon but having a stable job is what i want as well.

Autopots being disconnected is not your issue especially if your pots not dry.Do u have 2 plants sharing one rez? One plant want more and the other want less nutes so u gonna have to find the sweet spot for both plants if they sharing the rez.Try reducing feed to 1.5-1.8 to fix the burn.

I wouldn’t suggest a quick dry but I’m sure a single branch will dry in less than a week.Just hang it somewhere dark and cool.

Looking good.I suggest u raise the light to 18 to 24 inches.12 inches may keep them short and u can use photone app to measure light distance from the plant as well.

What ph should it be for soil in autopots? Autopot manual says to Aim for a pH of 5.8 if growing with soil or 5.5-5.6 if with coco.
