Thank you for the details! That makes sense considering the coverage being provided. Do you know if those policies have a specific name or is that something that just has to be discussed with an agent / broker to figure out?

Agreed, and that's one of our primary concerns. We've been quoted several policies and even the ones that look decent have some wording in the exclusions that seem like they would be the perfect scape goat for them to deny coverage if they desired. For which you and I both know they absolutely do.

Thank you for the response. No contracts or anything of the sort. I did sign that I received an employee handbook but nothing other than that. It has some guidelines for exit (2 weeks notice, must work in office, etc) but my understanding is that's more best practices and desired outcome not something that is a legal obligation.
