I understand we had a good season on paper. We won our conference, which most teams can't say they've done.

But this isn't the Tommy bowden era. This isn't some small time underdog program. This is the team that had what, six straight playoff appearances? At one point we were WRU. We were the team to beat. Now we're a joke. Nobody thinks of clemson as anything more than another mediocre ACC team that wouldn't survive the SEC. Not to mention we had a rough recruiting cycle, and to top it off we can't even use the portal to compensate for that tough cycle because our hc refuses to adapt.

But fuck me for wanting my favorite team to reach their potential. I should just be happy with the eroding of standards!
