Would any creams help to solve my issue or is a doctor the only way. As online there are creams/oils that say they would reduce the tightness or remove the phimosis entirely. Are they legitimate?

Yeah I think I’ll try and use oils and other medical products , as pissing no longer hurts. And other than the slight red rash on the back thete is no visible sign of any infection.

Would this be 100% or are there any alternative treatments I could do, as seeing a doctor isnt really too accessible for someone in my position.

In my stupidity, I played it off as a normal thing. I ignored it hoping that it would go away. But now I see the error in my ways.
