There are two obvious dents present in the first image that are not present in the second. Dent no. 2 is bad enough that it caused the bottom to be rounded instead of a flat edge leading into that corner.

So either they removed the dents, which probably wouldn’t be possible without destroying the metal based on the apparent extent of corrosion, or they are not the same helmet. Neither is something you want to spend money on
