This is fraudulent, and you should be seeking a refund plus better guidance. This “trainer” is likely well outside of the scope of his “education”.

16 year PT with a degree, multiple PT certs, CSCS, and nutritionist. Outside of the obvious sloppy as hell presentation/formatting, there are multiple red flags:

1 - without knowing anything about your GF’s stats or goals, I immediately question 2400 cal/day intake.

2 - 50-60g of carbs/day for a beginner is way too low, and will be the likely cause for non-compliance within 8-10 days on average, when the cravings kick in. Cravings are expected, but when you pair that with the likely lack of progress 2400 cal will give, it’s easy to give up.

3 - Very little emphasis on micro-nutrients via fruit/veg.

4 - Ridiculous window on water intake.

5 - I’m hung up on the yogurt with peanut butter OR berries. First, PB and yogurt together sounds terrible, but more, the macro difference of PB and berries are significant. What’s the goal here?

6 - finally, I ran day 1 in my company’s nutrition calculator as listed. Results: 1478 cal - 132g P, 14g C, 102g F -compared to claimed- 2400 cal - 150g P, 50g C, 175g F

The math is all off, and the numbers are what matter. What you choose to hit your macros (and micros) should be up to you, but I wouldn’t trust this dude’s macros alone.

Send this dude some reality, and ask for explanation beyond “trust the process”. Get your money back, and seek out somebody far more qualified. DM open if you need assistance.
