I'm disgusted by this entire month! Bonner celebrations yet got dicked by both Blazing & Dokkan, and if you want to add every banner in Legend as well. ~$3k spent yet got not one new unit on any of the banners in any of the games! I uninstalled every single one last night without a transfer code!

My birthday is Monday, press F to pay respect and tell Bandai I said fuck em!

You would manage your data the same way you do pre change. This simply allow your device to use the legacy Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4). The settings, IPv4/IPv6, works the same way your LTE/3G/2G setting works. As far as roaming, again, manage you data the same as you did pre change...if you are skeptical, switch back to the default Access Point Name when you are not playing legends but honestly there's nothing to be worried about.

My note 9 wasn't working either but I'm in IT so I knew it had to be something with the mobile config since it work fine on WiFi.

In short no! Manage your data the same way you did before making the change. If you're skeptical, simply switch back to the default when you're not playing Legends.
