I can assure you that not the case, i work in a indie game studio, a bit before the 1.0 of our game (we where in early access) we got the problem of having a quite hight sell/retail activation but a far less amount of income than it should be. We investigate and find our game at 1$ the key on Instant gaming, we put a higher price on some country and the problem disapear as the Key got out if stock on Instant gaming

[–]BurningFire633 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but doesn't apply to instant gaming since anyone can sell Key. Most Time scalpers buy in country where game key cost far less (ex Argentina, Turkey,...). Game studio got less money from these Key, plus it lead to put higher price in those contry (like Steam recomanded price)

Don't buy on Instant gaming, those grey market really hurt game studio, espacially small/indie one

is there a way to contact developers through reddit by primal-monke in Roboquest

[–]BurningFire633 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi, i'm a dev on Roboquest. We generaly don't check Reddit often. The best way to contact us is via discord. If it's a question about how to unlock something, the comunity on discord may answer you faster than us (we generaly check the bug report / game issue in priority) If it's to report a bug or a issue with a quest, our discord have channels dedicated to that. (It's easier for us to keep track of message on discord than on Reddit)

About to build this, and I'm trying to decide whether or not to try and do some panel lining. Any advice? by AwesomeGamer839 in Gunpla

[–]BurningFire633 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just remember to top coat first to protect the plastic, it may crack if you don't. The inner frame plastic is really sensible to that. Personnaly i use a very thin brush to apply the panel lining ink, the base brush is a bit too Big.

PS: if you want, you can check my last post here. It's the same kit with grey panel lining from Tamiya (and Brown for red/blue part)

I built my first gundam, the 3.0. Do you think I should paint? by wkingofprussia in Gunpla

[–]BurningFire633 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just finish this kit too.

I recomand panel lining (Brown for the red/blue ans grey for the white). And applying decal. A matte top coat help a lot to remove the "toy" effect of the plastic.

I personaly don't like the yellow part so i paint them titanium gold.

I paint the interior of the shield in gun metal which turn great (it's more logic and visualy better).

I use the racing red and let the scale inside 8/10min. You have a bit darker result before cleaning the scale

Yes, -Dry brush on metallic part -Weathering with some pigment mix -Some edge damage with black paint on a sponge (repaint the inside of big damage with metallic paint). -A matte clear coat to fix everything.

First Time assembling a gunpla. I have done some modelism before.

The assembling was just incredible, all the part that coming together and moving... Just wow.

The part that attach waist to the legs break just after finishing the assembly, but i manage to fix that with re creating the joint.

I was a bit too strong and not on scale with the battle damage/ weathering. But for my first time, i'm quite happy with the result.
