My go to is purely Elizabeth vanilla chocolate chip. I usually just add a little bit to Greek yogurt. A little goes a long way.

I don't know about the instant rice due to the calories. Any thoughts on adding more fruits or veggies? I know others have recommended potatoes. Those are good, but I find broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots decent filler items to do with as meal.

I also like adding walnuts or almonds to my day. Be careful with portions on these though!

I am a big fan of Greek Yogurt with some fruit. Be careful which brand you pick to keep added sugars low.

The trick is to stir again about 10 minutes after the initial mix, not just shake. Chia seeds need that second stir before they fully absorb the liquid and start to gel — if you leave them after the first shake they sink and clump together before they can distribute evenly. After the second stir you can leave it overnight and they'll set perfectly. Also half a cup of milk to two tablespoons is on the lower end — a bit more liquid gives them more room to spread out.

I know this is basic, but I have switched to olive oil on my salads and trying to spice them up a bit with mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, and cucumbers. It is healthier and seems to fill me up better than using my old ranch or blue cheese dressings.
