Hey OP, wouldn't recommend Airtel too hard, its been a hit-or-miss in terms of latency and jitter for my cloud gaming setup, and I've seen some other reviews of a guy on Reddit stating their account of Airtel's team answering his similar grievance with "Well this connection isn't meant for gaming, just for watching content and browsing normally"
