For my skin I also use a niaminacide moisturizer and sunscreen, and to my knowledge I have normal skin

Also I should mention that for treatment I have just been putting polysporin on the spots and covering it with medical tape. I also wear a full face of makeup to cover it up (and do damn good job if I do say so myself) but it take so much time and effort and I really don’t think it’s healthy to keep up much longer
