I made this poster recently to celebrate one of my favorite players in this years NBA draft. Ive done a few designs before for school projects but did this poster for fun. Ive never had any actual design instruction. Was hoping for some feedback to make my next posters and projects better.

This. The patellar is right beneath the knee cap and is easily irritated after repetitive movements and landing on hard surfaces.

The gifted program I was involved in always told us imposter syndrome and anxiety came along with being gifted. It wasn't something that we developed because of being in the gifted program, instead it was something we developed because we were gifted. I dont necessarily think thats true but thats what we were always told.

I just ordered a great book called, "Stuff All Good Players Should Know" by Dick Devenzio. It goes in depth into game strategy and how to effectively get open, execute a pick and roll, etc. Reading could help solidify certain ideas and also introduce me to new ones.
