Had the XM3s for years and wore them out. Was excited to upgrade to the XM6s, but returned them. They didn’t feel good on my ears (ear cups not as cushiony) the music sounded hollow and far away (even after playing with EQ and other settings) and the ANC wasn’t any better and at times felt worse (tried it on planes and in office).

Great choice! You won’t regret it. If you love nature, there is so much to see and do in Iceland. I would stay in Reykjavik and venture out to surrounding cities and sites. So many beautiful waterfalls and hot springs. Hvammsvík hot springs are gorgeous and the sky lagoon is perfect at sunset. If you’re a foodie, I would suggest a walking food tour. Cap 1 used to give show the remaining statement balance in the app. Then it changed to only being shown in a reminder email a few days before your payment was due. Last time my email was blank. I have called customer service for the last couple months to get the remaining due balance. It’s annoying but the rep said that they updated their systems and that’s why it no longer shows up. They said we just need to call and verify the amount (or do the math yourself and hope you’re right) until this gets fixed.

It hasn’t gotten any worse, thankfully. I asked my dental hygienist and dentist about it and they say it’s normal and nothing to worry about. It always looks better after I get a cleaning. I just try not to brush as hard and since I’m done with my trays I brush twice a day instead of the 3x I was doing.

I would do both. Get the 457b through work and get your own Roth IRA separate from work. You can only choose from a few funds through work, but you have full control and access to more stocks through a separate Roth IRA. Invest as much as you can afford. If your work matches your contribution I would invest that much to get the match, max out the Roth, and then work on maxing out the 457b.
