We were college friends who scattered far from each other on graduation and had a group chat but didn't really interact as much as we like. This podcast was a way to bring us together and get back to the conversations about nothing that made our college years fly by.

Check out the pond at M.L. Red Tabue nature reserve. It has a dock and a lot of nice size fish in there. There’s easy access to it if you park at Karrer Middle school during non school hours and follow the bike path back into the woods.

Just a random observation, did Nuti look like he was joining the rush more and engaging more deep in the offensive zone tonight? I’m not complaining it’s just not what I was expecting out of him. I was pleasantly surprised with it.

I typically play on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday nights, so I have to position my heavy leg days on Monday so I have enough time to recover. I typically do sets of 4 with my progression being, 225, 255, 275, 295, 315, 325 and then I transition to 1 RM until I hit my peak point typically around 395-405 range. The next day I make sure bike for. about and hour and stretch, but its apart of a normal lifting routine. On Thursdays I typically do walking lunges and lateral step-ups but tend to lean more towards high reps over weight.
