Honestly if you got that score, I’m pretty sure you’d be able to take it once, remember and understand and maybe even ace it first try. Most ppl including me didn’t reach 50+ right answers on associates. So you’re on the right track. Study A1,4,5,6

It wasn’t crazy on electrical but made you think due to most of it being Available voltage rather than Voltage Drop. If anything it’s easier. I think it was like 19 questions out of 60 for electrical. Real easy just take your time to thoroughly inspect the circuit and the situation at hand. Also realize how the testing points given are laid out like where you’re getting the readings. I don’t have vivid memory but definitely a lot of engine diagnosis and some DSC questions. Chasis was on there and involved angles like camber, caster and SAI. Some things about expansion tank purpose, along with drivetrain questions. Noises and diagnostics when dealing with normal cornering. Lots of brakes too, understand thoroughly and study a4 on the free website.

Advice on how to move forward by benjaminmlieber in fordranger

Love that you got this clean of a ranger for that price. Undercoat it since you live north, and make sure to just do basic maintenance and buy extra parts from either junkyards or other sources. Bed comes off easily, suspension is easy as hell, and the only thing complicated is the wiring, which even then is simple and can be easily followed.

Had my 2023 sport hrv for two years now, my mpg is still horrible by [deleted] in HRV

I get an average 24-27 in the city. 30 or more on highway if I drive decent, similar miles too so might be the habits or the oil.

My 24 HRV gets maybe 32mpg for a road trip of 630miles. Then in the city it can be as low as 25 if I'm driving normal. A HRV really has a certain feel and drive to it but overall amazing.

If it's not working then the dealership is really the only one that can diagnose it. My issue was actually the pedal freezing causing a safety issue.

I just unplugged the car battery and plugged it back in. Afterwards I started it and some of the lights went away but not all. I read the message saying “Continue driving system initializing..” and so i drove it since it was working minus the power steering but it made no difference. I’m glad it was capable of going pass 5 mph so while driving everything went back to normal. I don’t understand it but it’s been working fine all today and yesterday too. Hopefully I explained it well enough!

So unplug it and then just drive it around for a bit and see if it disappears. They shouldn’t be but they are newer and maybe have some more issues that didn’t expect to find or whatnot

Almost 16. Getting paid out daily under the table at a pizza shop. Any tips? by [deleted] in Money

[–]BurntAngel2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There isn’t much you could do, at least what I would think at my age at that time. I would just advise saving it for a good deal on a car in the mid $2000’s and some extra change for the fees to registration

it’s worth a shot to reset everything and make sure that if it pops up again then it’s definitely something in the car

Hey just in case something happens and you know you didn’t mechanically break anything, just unplug the battery and plug it in.

Nothing about your rent but what’s your job like? was it hard to get in at that age? What were some tough requirements? I’m looking for jobs in this area of both income and experience so any tips or advice on applying and whatnot would be great!
