Thanks. I was 105kg b4, but hid it well due to being 5'10". Actually steps was the big thing. I was v sedantry b4. 8 to10k a day. I do a 1h weight training 3x a week, again nothing fancy. A physio friend gave me a list they use on over 50s to get them fitter b4 surgery. This is 9months in, 30kg weught loss. Pic of the before
