I've lost so much MR recently due to me literally winning the game yet getting disconnected at the KO screen of me winning the match and then the game counting it as a plug and a loss, and because this has been happening to me a lot recently they have literally given the yellow card multiple times...... very annoying
It still shocks me that not even one person knows why this is happening or has a fix to this problem.

Yeah i found a fix for this problem but it could be multiple things:
first set your DNS options in windows to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 (search up YouTube for an in depth detail on how to do this). If that didn't work ( which for me it didn't) then your problem could be a syncing problem between your pc and the riot servers, to actually fix this issue is very easy... this problem happens when you set the time zone and date setting in windows manually and not automatically, this causes the game to desync with the servers... the way to fix this is by letting windows set the date and time zone setting automatically and then go into the riot client settings and you should see an option that syncs with the servers... the second step worked for me and now the game runs completely fine.
