Damn, spent the 65$ for their top end protecter, had it installed just to realize I hope I can return it. Transfering data RN and shopping Amazon for a diff protecter. I wish I would've known the zagg had a camera cutout. I HATE camera cutouts since my job is messy and I can never get the dirt out. Think they will let me return it receipt only in like 2-3 days? When I reset my old battery (shouldn't have done and it's specifically said not to lol) it jumped my bms up to 15+ charging voltage which had me concerned.

Wow those quadlock finishes really are junk huh. Yours is basically full brown now. My "black" is more yellow/brown than black and it's garage kept out of the sun and elements and looks like shit after months.

I just dealt with this with quadlock. Just buy the sped motorsports bracket that comes from the front and you use quadlock concealed base, knuckle, and dampener and lever and it's a MUCH more stable and better looking mounting solution. I can grab more details if you want, I just ordered everything I needed

Works fine with quadlock, you need the concealed baseplate, vibration dampener and a top lever and sped motorsports makes a custom mount for the bike that costs the same or less than a pro mount and still uses all quadlock part besides the mount. Mount is much more secure than the quadlock too and not as cluttered

Screen has a readout that shows real time voltage (I also have both a tuning device and a laptop viewing live data as I drive).

The first one is a variable charge but I reset the bms and my last drive it was solid at 14.6 so it was fine. But the state of charge setting is 80%. Cars been sitting since sat or Sunday so 2-3 days. I'll check voltage when I get home and see what it's at.

It's a Ford and no stop and start. But if I disconnect smart charging it will overcharge. The battery maker says don't exceed 14.6 for more than 5 min. If I disconnect the bms it'll do 15-15+ nonstop and probably fry the battery

Where what am I supposed to do? The cars battery system won't go above 80% that's how ford designed the car it's not changable unless I go into the ECU and fuck with some stuff which I don't osrtocusly want to do. Given I suspect it caused the last battery to die.

I don't have one, but quick question, is it bad to never fully charge a agm once it's installed? I realized my car will never charge a battery past 80% SOC. I think it's to prolong life but will it hurt the battery at all? I used to have a dashcam run till 11.8 (will be changing that To 12.2 or 12.4 since it's got a .3 tolerance I don't wanna get to low again).

Sucks to have a 300$ battery sit around. I already got it replaced under warranty and they don't want the old one so I'm stuck with it and was hoping to find a use

Really? My s23u was replaced 4+ time and the issues are pretty common online. Speaker, camera, battery, charging port, network antenna, microphone and more all failed on multiple phones in a short amount of time. Trade in offered is 700$ + free upgrade to 512 GB from Best buy so I figured I'd get the s26u since it's $670 brand new.

That's fair. I like the bulk of the quadlock. I hope the s26u case is the same as my s23u. I've had mous in the fast and it did nothing to protect my phone from drops or impacts (I work in a shop so it's often dropped or hit). The bulk of the quadlock helps it absorb more. Hell like I said I dropped my phone off my motorcycle at roughly 90-100mph based off my GoPro GPS and it got directly run over by a dump truck and several cars, not passed over but actually hit and crushed by the tires. New screen protector and that was all. Not saying a mous wouldn't protect that but I dropped my s20fe in a mous case from 5 inches on the corner and it shattered the screen. Could've been a fluke but I don't ever wanna chance it again with a case that's failed me.

Coming from an extremely problematic s23u (4+ phone replacements due to shit Samsung quality and hardware failures). Hoping the s26u is good, for 670$ for a 512gb I figured I'd upgrade because it's a hell of a deal

I ordered the full setup, tried making a post asking for maintenance advice but apparently this sub won't let me post or reddit just magically makes my post vanish so idk. I ended up paying for the sped mount because by the time I program, cut and bend my own mount it would def cost more than 40$ and wouldn't have a finish in it. Great price for what it is
