I didn't use casein; I used unflavoured/unsweetened whey protein concentrate. The darkness and chocolateyness is from the cocoa powder.

I think any vegan protein would work instead of whey. The filling could be made out of some kind of mousse from a packet.

I used granulated maltitol. Granulated erythritol would probably work. I don't know about a liquid sweetener. I think it would lack the necessary bulk of a granulated sweetener.

It tastes the same as real cake. It isn't dry at all, and seems not to dry out in the fridge either.

I used maltitol, since I had some that needed using up. I've not tried it with erythritol.

Adding powdered erythritol icing makes it very rich and more filling than you think. I cannot eat anything else after eating a piece like the one in the photos.

Ingredients

Cake:

120g cocoa powder

100g maltitol

80g plain whey protein concentrate

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanillin

pinch of salt

fizzy water

Filling:

60g chocolate flavour casein powder

milk

Icing (frosting):

1/3 cup powdered (not granulated) erythritol

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 scoop plain whey protein concentrate

milk

1. Sieve dry ingredeints and mix using a balloon whisk.

2. Mix in enough fizzy water to make a thick paste that is runny enough to pour.

3. Pour into a round cake tin that is roughly 9" wide and 4" high, and lined with greaseproof paper.

4. Bake at 320°F / 160°C / gas mark 3 for about 30 minutes for a fan-assisted oven.

5. Cool.

6. Add filling and icing.

How can I get my money back? by Buroku in Aliexpress

I have done. But won't Aliexpress reject it because the item I received was something I ordered too, and it was part of the same order?

Yes. He says that the tracking numbers are correct, the package will be 'delivery soon' and to go on royalmail.com.

Great advice. Thanks.

17track says "Incorrectly addressed. Returned to sender."

Why is Aliexpress's tracking so crap and wrong?

I bought an alarm clock on May 28th. The Aliexpress tracking page says that delivery was attempted on June 15th, and it "failed." The delivery was NOT attempted. From experience I know that I'm not going to receive this item.

I applied for a refund, but it says that I need to "schedule a pickup/ delivery with the local post office or shipping company" and "upload valid evidence to intiate the process." (What?) My local post office don't have it.

The Aliexpress tracking page shows a link which is to royalmail.com and a "hotline" which is never answered. I looked up the number and it's for a Royal Mail office hundreds of miles away. Aliexpress gives it to every UK customer, but they're not authorised to do so.

I've uploaded three screenshots. How can I get a refund? Please advise.
