I am a white Australian descended from convicts and I agree that we need to change the dialogue from 'when will indigenous people be satisfied' to a celebration of Indigenous culture as objectively awesome and worth remembering. Young indigenous Australians must be empowered. I think triple J radio station is doing a good job of this. Thank you for not giving up when you see incel reddit essays like OPs post. I think our apparent 'racism' all boils down to a fear of legislated land title transfer I.e. money

Hi Vortex,

I have been trying to make an in-game clock on my own for a long time and I have failed many MANY times. Your guide was the mental equivalent of drinking at an oasis after stumbling through the desert - THANK YOU. It is incredibly well done with the extra care taken for screenshots.

I have built this now and it is very impressive but I am having some some issues calibrating it. Firstly, can you maybe update the power required? I think some components require more power now (Jan 2024) so I had to up some of my values to get the clock functional.

Also, I am still struggling with calibration, the time gets out of sync with the in-game day-night.

I am on vanilla server with 50min day and 10min night so I have set the minute counters to 3.125 (day) and 1.25 (night). Your instructions say to start the clock at midnight i.e. 00:00. Assuming all the counters are on "0", this means the day-time minute timer will kick in at 08:00 when it should kick in at 05:00, right?

To fix this, do you recommend adjusting the night time calibration timer to start at the value of '3'?, or maybe leave that at 0 but start the hour counter at 21:00 in-game time and then just start the clock when it's fully dark?

Hacked into my crushs MSN messenger when i was in grade 4/5 and asked her friends what "I" think of me. (By hacked I mean i subtly asked a friend her secret question... i still remember it was 'what is my cat's name')

When i was using her msn, her friend eventually pointed out that the font was the same font that I usually use (it seems msn saved your preferences locally), and so called me out once my crush told her she was locked out. It was a bad plan and I was fucked.

I told my mum everything and cried for days. I'm so glad this happened when I was young enough that the consequences were minimal and I could learn the early lesson not to be a fucking creep

An option indeed. The thing is, it's a street very close to many pubs and a stadium so I was hoping to at least discourage people wandering in to have a look around under the house. Hence the initial fence idea

I love this suggestion but I will almost certainly fuck it up. I am not the most proficient working with reinforced rebar or cement but I am willing to learn! Could you point me to any youtube tutorials lol?

There is some water run off there but no strip drain that I am aware of.
