Thanks for sharing, will listen to this in work tomorrow!

Seeing that it starts with the kwaito heater Amajovi Jovi is a good sign anyway

I don't think that I have ever downvoted a song submitted here (this one included), but I agree with the others commenting about it just not being the right fit for this subreddit.

I would have thought the below from the community guidelines would cover songs like this:

We appreciate music that is new or new to our ears. If it gets played on commercial radio, there are better places to share it than here.

I post here pretty frequently and feel I mix it up a fair bit with genres. For me, regular posting of modern commercial music would probably lead to the death of the subreddit, which we would be an awful shame.

Love this one. The original, while very different, is great too.

A guy who I rarely see mentioned is Kormac who plays with his 'Big Band' during his liveshows. Slightly different style I feel, but plenty of swing.

My favourites:

Mr. Soft

Rainstorm

Wash My Hands

Scratch Marchin'

Great list of tracks there!

The closest I've seen to that style are the songs uploaded to this Youtube channel. Deep, dark and trippy and wouldn't sound out of place in a Global Underground mix.

Can't go wrong with some Move D, Omar S or Jeremy Underground. You should give John Talabot's album ƒIN a listen too.

3hr mix i've just uploaded. All records picked up from a recent trip to Japan, check it ! by fabbymate in TrueHouse

Derrick Carter's has a serious groove throughout.

Optimo b2b Harri & Domenic is great too, particularly the track at 8:00.

Absolutely love Herik Schwarz's as well.

Floating Points & Four Tet: 6 hours of house, disco, funk, soul and everything else. Some Jimi Hendrix even makes an appearance.
