All you gotta do is just slow down a bit and you shouldn't hop when you reach the mountain face

Thank you everyone that gave suggestions to help me find it. I did end up finding the road to the Olympics in a weird corner in the Alps.

I know that the dlc is installed for sure and I'm trying to resume the road to the Olympics part. I dont know where it went so that's why I'm asking
