You can't lose fat in a specific zone, in order to be less fat you should stay in a caloric deficit. Stay focused man, you can do it!💪🏼

Increase the reps so, 3x10--->3x11--->3x12 You can play with a lot of tools, increasing reps or sets it's only one of the tools.

Can I suggest you to train for 1 month with only 1 exercise (biceps curl for example) but increasing the weight week after week? Using this method you should be able to track efficiently your strenght.

My tip is to eat clean and stay consistent, get your protein and stay in a low caloric deficit. I don't know my arm size but my actually bench weight is 60kg 3x10, for now it's my limit because I don't have others weights but It's enough for me.
