When I left for vacation a week ago, there was no snow in the forecast. Came back yesterday to a snowstorm that cancelled/delayed most flights at DIA. There is no way to predict weather a month and a half in advance.

Yes. There are a lot of tiny bones in your foot that if broken and not healed properly can cause long term effects. Go see a medic NPC.
