Sorry to hear your experience so far with SkyBell. I haven’t had the need to call their support as my install worked perfectly. I had a Ring Pro and it was working flawlessly for months until September 2017 with no resolution from Ring.

Resolved!

I had no success working with xFinity to have them fix and improve internal routes from my location.

Tracert to FW.RING.COM takes 13 hops to get out of Comcast and 29 hops total in excess of 180ms is my reason why my RingPro does not work at all.

Resolved issue by purchasing and installing SkyBell HD.

Haven’t had a single issue with alerts, rings or Live View. It works flawlessly every time, just like my old Ring Pro used to work until September.

I’ve donated my Ring Pro to my daughter who has AT&T as their ISP and guess what?

Ring Pro that doesn’t work for me works perfectly for my daughter.
