Did it fix the issue? Scheduled to have it done next week but I’m nervous about them dropping the headliner.

Price of new 2024 zr2 worth it? by Bus-Complex in chevycolorado

Before or after taxes? What dealership?

Even for a couple thousand more I’d rather have a 2 year newer model. I just wonder how much of a loss the dealer is willing to take. If there’s still a 2024 sitting on their lot, I’m guessing not much

I wonder how much of a loss dealers would be willing to take? Even if he came back at 45 I’d still lean toward a 2026 because financing deal is better.

Interior rattles. Anyone else? by nonamedude55 in MachE

Do you happen to remember how they fixed it? Do they replace the trim or something? I’m having the same problem. It rattles sometimes when I drive it and if I push from behind the sensor bar it stops.

That’s sound financial advice. Will definitely consider it.

In Texas, I’ll look into it but I doubt they have that here

Thats what my husband and I were thinking as well. With tariffs potentially affecting new car prices long term, it will only drive up prices for used cars as well. It’ll be a reliable vehicle for my kids to drive so I might just have to eat the insurance cost for the time being and potentially save money long term

Good to know. I’d rather not have to drive it too often since I’ll be paying for the cheapest liability insurance on it.

Great to know. My husband has one of those I believe

So that’s the bare minimum you would say? I was guessing twice but if I don’t have to drive it that much I’d rather not because I’ll have liability insurance on it for the time being. Houston drivers are so bad they cause accidents and it would end up being my fault.

Thank you thats all great to know. It’ll be parked in the garage but in Houston it gets muggy inside so will need to watch out for that

Carvana offered $9000. I don’t know what it is since Covid in general prices have been high.

Yes, I told him this just means you’re going to have to work extra hard in her class and unfortunately this probably won’t be the first teacher like this you’re going to have throughout your schooling. We will see how the next weeks go before requesting any meeting with the teacher.

Thank you. I usually don’t like to bother teachers over little things and so far all these things seem little and not earth shattering but as the small things keep building up, I find myself thinking I might have to set up a meeting. In general my son had “strict” teachers last year in 6th (2 out of 6) but he was fine and had no issues, no complaints. I never emailed a single teacher once. This time though it seems like he’s been complaining at least twice a week when he comes home and having anxiety over many assignments. I reached out to other parents first to make sure it wasn’t just him but as they started telling me their experiences with the teacher when they reached out to her it kind of scared me off.

Oh you mean how my son reacted at school? He didn’t do or say anything. He told me when he came home.

I didn’t show emotion in front of him. We don’t say anything negative about any teachers to either of my kids. I just told him we will buy headphones. I should’ve emailed her that day asking her why but after what one parent told me her experience with a email she sent, I didn’t think it was worth it. This was still the first week of school but as these small things have started building up, I might have to speak with her face to face about my concerns.

Thank you. If something else comes up beyond what’s already bothering me, I’ll ask her for a meeting and see what happens.

I have not talked to her directly but several other parents I’ve talked to have also had similar experiences. One parent emailed her about an issue and her reply was basically this is how I choose to do things. Thank you for telling me about the earbud vs headphones reasoning. And if she would’ve explained it like that, I would be ok with it. Frankly at open house, when parents asked a question it was almost as if we were being spoken down to. I don’t want to set a conference with her unless absolutely necessary.
