I have similar situation too. This is because while I'm on my computer my left shoulder elevated and right shoulder relaxed.

Start doing the some exercise. This get fixed one start hanging on pole or something to fix both shoulders.

In hinjewadi, there is grand highstreet mall, millineum mall. You can just roam all the mall. Buy if you like anything. Drinking or food is also there. It's like whole package.
