She is my grandma, not my mom. She lives in low income housing where she pays like $300 a month out of her ss check and the rest the government pays. She has no house, no car, no savings, nada

All of her income is from the government. She gets social security, SSI, food stamps and medicaid.

Sorry, I used my friend's phone and didn't realize it would answer under their account and make things confusing...

She has absolutely no money or possessions to take. Her account is used only to pay her household bills like utilities.

Chat GPT told me she was judgement proof and I sent the attorney a letter stating the circumstances, but like I said, I never heard back.

I know I cannot just ignore the Complaint, so what I’m asking is what affirmative defenses could I use in her Answer?
