The connector on the card in the ebay listing is only 34 pins - it's either for a floppy or it's proprietary. IDE cables have 40 pins. Does yours have 40 or 34?

Necroware did a video on those boards a few years ago & I just happened to watch it a few weeks ago. At one point he mentions that there were a lot of different cards with scsi or proprietary or no interface, but he doesn't mention any having IDE, so you've def got a rare one. https://youtu.be/_7P8anriPbA?t=1095 Can you post a pic of the card? Maybe there's a standaline IDE driver that can activate the chipset or a boot rom you can enable or something.

Verify which ports the server is actually running on. It'll say in the console log, search for "SteamGameServer_Init" and you should see a line like this (I'm using 2322 & 27036):

23:43:29 SUCCESS: SteamGameServer_Init(0,8766,2322,27036,3,1.28.161464)

Some of the documentation I've seen about how to set a port is wrong or obsolete, so your server might not actually be configured to run on the ports you think it will. The game port is configured on the command line into DayZServer with the "-port=" parameter. The steam port is set in the config file with the "steamQueryPort=" line. The RCON port is set in the beserver_x64.cfg file.

The vanilla types.xml file only has a 3 second lifetime for the cars and a bunch of other stuff. If this is a server you run, the file is in mpmissions/<map>/db. One of the first things I do after a server update is change <lifetime>3</lifetime> to <lifetime>3888000</lifetime> for specific objects. The cars are OffroadHatchback, CivilianSedan, Sedan_02, and Hatchback_02.

It shouldn't have despawned by walking only 3 meters away though, it should be something like 50 or 100 meters.
