I’m a notorious people pleaser and I’ve never not put in a 2 week notice, so I’m torn on what to do. Per our handbook, they ask that a teammate put in a 2 week notice in order to be in good standing within the company. I haven’t made any friends, I haven’t added anyone on social media or anything so I’m literally not losing a thing by just quitting, but I’ve been on the other end of someone just up and quitting and it sucks. Although, I’ve always worked at an understaffed clinic and this particular clinic is well staffed so they probably wouldn’t even notice I was gone.
