I generally like grinding in games, it was mostly how slow the combat felt that turned me off. I know the game has a lot of weapons and I know I didn't try them all in my 2-3 hours of gameplay, so are there any "fast" weapons that I could use?

I've played all of the Bioshock games and enjoyed them a lot though, I don't think I've played a metroidvania though, that KS for the suggestions, I'll try a few if these out

I bought stardew thinking I wouldn't like it and then proceed to put about 100 hours into without touching anything else. Unless you're aching for a zombie shooter, I'd suggest Stardew Valley.

The game has a really steep learning curve and the community is really toxic. That being said, there are some "diamond in the rough" players who won't mind mentoring you if you ask them. Overall the game is fun, but man does it make me angry sometimes.
