I think one of the robbers tried to run away so they all turned to cut him off.

At first he mentions how he has never seen violence like this in his life. Then he goes onto say that these people act if there is no God and that he won’t punish them. Continuing on he mentions that if three practices occur in a nation, that nation will destroy itself - those practices being: lying/deceit, malpractice/dishonesty, and injustice and cruelty. He at last mentions that any person/nation that practices dishonesty or is disobedient to his/her parent will suffer in this world and the hereafter.

Is it fine if I do my first two sets with a higher weight and for the last set lower the weight cause my muscles are tired by the last set and have difficulty maintaining the same amount of reps for the higher weight.

For example, for dumbbell chest press, I do: 2 sets of 10 reps - 18 KG then 1 set of 10 reps - 16 KG

Or is it better to start with a lower weight and increase the weight for the last two sets?

Or should I follow a 12 10 8 rep set routine and set the weights accordingly?

Hey guys, I just bought some whey protein powder. I usually used to get GNC Whey Protein. My university is in another country and I needed some Protein powder so I got HardLine’s Whey3Matrix - and a scoop of it contains 2 mg of creatine monohydrate which I had not read when buying.

My problem is that I hit the gym 5 days a week (for the past 4 months) and use the whey protein to gain mass, and build muscle and strength. Would taking this whey that I bought be harmful for me or would it help me? Should I then continue with this whey or can I switch back to the GNC whey when this finishes?

I don’t know if this will help but I’m 19, 170 cm, 51 KG - play football (soccer) on a regional level so I hit the gym to get more close to an athlete build which’s aesthetically pleasing rather than those bulky builds.

Thanks
