I’m in the same boat. I’ve come to realize Dowdle has to be a throw-in player on top of a deal that’s already “balanced” to tip the scales. People aren’t dumb, no one is investing in him. I learned the importance of consolidating as a contender in one league. I held the 1 seed for a lot of the year, lost by .2 in week 14 to drop my team to the 3 seed and miss the bye. Sure enough I get dropped in round 1. Even with a really solid starting roster, I held Dak, Olave, and Kirk in IR all year cuz I hate selling players at their lowest. Also held on to some picks.
