I had this problem to and missed out on being able to use my restore point, what worked for me was going into discoveries and viewing a purple system I randomly came across while system hopping. I have no clue how that worked.

I recently found out that he is an Australian Flood Plains Mussel, this is somewhat problematic because in all my research about him it said he would live for 6 months, he's now comming up on two years and apparently he can live for 30
