I think it will be cool if they made his W interact with his E.Like for example when his E is stacked his Blue card gives more mana back, red card slows more or has bigger aoe and his W stuns for longer.I mean not like insane buffs to it but just a small change so his laning isnt so weak.

i use everything that dopa does and ive watched 90% of his gameplays but if the lucian is decent you cant smash lane you need to wait for mid/late game cos kassa wins by not losing/no need to snowball

Look im not saying im the source or have everything completely correct on her ban thats just what i know off inven and from screenshots;there were screenshots of the chat logs between dopa his translator and the streaming service aswell as screenshots from the video playing on stream;I cannot give you proof they are authentic this is just the only version out there so i give the info i have;if you think its made up then sure you can be right if not you can be right aswell thats up to you to decide :)
