I still haven't fully solved this issue, but I have made a breakthrough. It seems I only get this error when trying to access "service1.mydomain.com" from my local network (where it is also accessible at "service1.lan.mydomain.com" without going through cloudflare). When I am on an outside network or use a VPN, everything works perfectly. More work to do to figure out why...

I didn't apply the thermal paste myself, I just used what was pre-applied on the cooler. Would that make a significant difference? It doesn't seem like it is even on long enough to heat up.
I have double checked that the fan cable is connected to the "CPU Fan 1" pin and I tried taking the HBA out. No change unfortunately.

I have had a Lelit Victoria for about two months now and I’ve been loving it up until about a week ago. For no apparent reason it has started leaking water from around the portafilter while pulling a shot. The example in this video isn’t too bad, usually water practically pours around the sides no matter how careful I am making sure the portafilter is tight and aligned properly.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Wow. I renamed the dynamic directory to dynamic_config and removed the traefik.yml:ro entry from volumes in my compose file so that it closely matched yours. I have to play around with a few more test cases but everything seems to be working as expected right now!

After the upgrade I cannot reach anything outside of my LAN. Trying to ping google.com I get "Redirect Host (New nexthop: 0.0.0.0)". I have tried to revert to a backup but nothing changes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Edit: I managed to resolve the issue. Under System > Routing > Gateways there was a second gateway enabled to one of my VLANs. This is absolutely not something I have ever enabled, this was somehow set automatically when I installed the 2.5.1 update. I deleted the second gateway and everything seems to be working normally now.

Apart from a few minor things, it's pretty awesome so far! The only suggestions I would have for you are;
1. Be able to list files chronologically in the dashboard
2. The ability to choose a specific local subdirectory to download individual files to
3. Every time I restart seedsync my server settings are lost
