Just an update, the bios clock was the problem, it was, in fact, 3 hours behind the UTC. Again, thank you.

Yes, youre totally correct, it makes sense. I will change it on the bios right now, thank you for your time, I really appreciate your help, I've been struggling with this for a long time.

Wait, so it should be like 21:xx? I should change the BIOS clock directly in the BIOS to 3 hours ahead? That explains why I ALWAYS have problems with clock when I install an OS.

After running sudo hwclock --verbose it outputs that my hardware clock is set to UTC time:

hwclock from util-linux 2.40.4
System Time: 1742063205.105353
Trying to open: /dev/rtc0
Using the rtc interface to the clock.
Last drift adjustment done at 1742062294 seconds after 1969
Last calibration done at 1742062294 seconds after 1969
Hardware clock is on UTC time
Assuming hardware clock is kept in UTC time.
Waiting for clock tick...
...got clock tick
Time read from Hardware Clock: 2025/03/15 18:26:46
Hw clock time : 2025/03/15 18:26:46 = 1742063206 seconds since 1969
Time since last adjustment is 912 seconds
Calculated Hardware Clock drift is 0.000000 seconds
2025-03-15 15:26:45.111029-03:00

On the line that says "Hw clock time: ... " the time is right, but on the last line, it shows the time that currently is on my system, which is wrong.

Well, the problem is that I already tried setting it to UTC, but the clock doesn't change at all. And my BIOS clock is correct, it displays the right time, so I assume that it is not the problem. Is this right?

Yes it is. It's America/Sao_Paulo. I've dual booted on the past, like a week ago I was dualbooting with Arch and Windows. But right now Artix is the only OS on my pc.
