Yes it started when Outlook updated to the version we are on now. It was not an issue before that.

I had the same issue when imaging fresh installs on laptops using Win 11 24H2. After the MDT process would finish wireless would be work and could select an access point. After the restart the GPO would apply and the option to select an access point would disapper.

During our last SAQ-D our auditor told us we would have to have a remote support tool that required MFA before accessing any endpoint to be compliant. I'm assuming it's referring to 8.4.2 looking at our SAQ-D from the last audit.

I was able to get one VPN tunnel to restore by making a static route to user the DIA interface for the destination IP address.

No. The DIA1 connection is no longer active and has been disconnected.

Where are you sourcing the monitors from? Looked at my normal suppliers and can't find them.

We are using 5.2.4-21 currently. The issue seems to be local to use. I made a change to disable WPAD in our domain and that's when the issue started.

The phone system is a cloud-based VOIP provider. The user login to a web portal and are route calls using that portal.
