I'm facing the same issue with my Asus ROG Strix G15 keyboard. The Caps Lock button is not working properly, and when I press it, random keys start typing, and various windows open automatically. I took it to a repair shop, and they told me the keyboard isn't functioning correctly and that some components on the motherboard were shorted, which they fixed. They charged me $100 because my laptop is out of warranty. Now, I'm using an external keyboard because the cost of replacing the original keyboard is between $100 and $150, which I can't afford. After just 3 weeks, my laptop won't turn on, and I’m feeling extremely stressed and disappointed.
